Paul Nash features in BBC documentary

Paul Nash, star of Piano Nobile's upcoming exhibition Paul Nash: Watercolours 1910-1946, was the subject of a BBC Four documentary on Sunday 14th September 2014. Paul Nash: The Ghosts of War is the first of a series presented by Andrew Graham-Dixon focusing on British artists working during World War I in conjunction with centenary celebrations. This moving documentary chronicles Paul Nash's experiences as a war artist and explores the devastatingly powerful landscapes of the natural world destroyed by trench warfare that he produced during his time at the Western Front. The next two documentaries in the series will look at Walter Sickert, showing on BBC Four on Sunday 21st September at 9pm, and David Bomberg.
