Biography

Peter Salter (b. 1947)

Peter Salter is a renowned British architect and academic. He has taught at the Architectural Association, and since 2006 has been Professor of Architectural Design at the Welsh School of Architecture, Cardiff University. In 2004 he won the Royal Institute of British Architects, Annie Spink award for his outstanding contribution to architectural education.


His most recent work is Walmer Yard, a group of four unique town houses in a small courtyard in Notting Hill, a collaboration with Fenella Collingridge, for the developer Crispin Kelly.
